SAMSUNG SMART TV USERS: Starting Monday, October 28th, we will begin deprecating your existing app so that we can provide an improved Samsung experience in the coming weeks. When the new Samsung app is launched, you will need to uninstall your existing app and install the new one. Keep an eye on this space to find out when your improved Samsung app is available!

  3. Select the 'CatholicTV' App: Tap on the 'CatholicTV' app from the search results. This will open the app's page with detailed information.
  4. Download the 'CatholicTV' App: On the app's page, you will see an "Install" button. Tap on it. You might need to give permissions for the app to access certain features of your phone. Tap "Accept" or "Allow" if prompted.
  5. Wait for the Download: The 'CatholicTV' app will start downloading. You'll see a progress bar indicating the download status. The time it takes depends on your internet connection speed.
  6. Install the 'CatholicTV' App: Once the download is complete, the "Install" button will change to "Open." Tap "Open" to launch the 'CatholicTV' app immediately, or you can find the 'CatholicTV' app icon on your home screen or app drawer to open it later.
  7. Access the 'CatholicTV' App: You can now access the 'CatholicTV' app from your home screen or app drawer anytime you want to use it.
  8. That's it! You've successfully downloaded and installed the 'CatholicTV' app on your Android phone.

iPhone / iOS Users

  1. Open the App Store: Tap on the App Store icon on your home screen to open the App Store.
  2. Search for 'CatholicTV' App: Tap the search icon (magnifying glass) at the bottom of the screen. In the search bar, type 'CatholicTV' and press enter. The search results will display the 'CatholicTV' app.
  3. Select the 'CatholicTV' App: Tap on the 'CatholicTV' app from the search results. This will take you to the app's page with detailed information.
  4. Download the 'CatholicTV' App: On the app's page, you will see a "Get" button (or a cloud icon with a downward arrow if you've downloaded it before). Tap on "Get." You might need to authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.
  5. Wait for the Download: The 'CatholicTV' app will start downloading. You'll see a loading circle on the app icon. The time it takes depends on your internet connection speed.
  6. Install and Access the 'CatholicTV' App: Once the download is complete, the "Get" button will change to "Open." Tap "Open" to launch the 'CatholicTV' app immediately. You can also find the 'CatholicTV' app icon on your home screen to open it later.
  7. That's it! You've successfully downloaded and installed the 'CatholicTV' app on your iPhone iOS device.

Streaming TV Apps

Roku

Roku

  1. Turn on your Roku Device: Ensure your Roku device is powered on and connected to your TV.
  2. Go to Home Screen: Use your Roku remote to navigate to the home screen if you're not already there.
  3. Navigate to the Roku Channel Store: Scroll up or down and select "Streaming Channels" to open the Roku Channel Store.
  4. Search for 'CatholicTV': In the Channel Store, select "Search Channels" and type 'CatholicTV' using the on-screen keyboard. Press the OK button on your remote.
  5. Select the CatholicTV App: When 'CatholicTV' appears in the search results (white logo with a red background), select it to view the app details.
  6. Add the CatholicTV Channel: On the app details page, select "Add Channel" and confirm your selection if prompted. The CatholicTV app will be added to your Roku channels.
  7. Access the CatholicTV App: Once the installation is complete, navigate back to your home screen. Scroll through your channels, or press the Home button on your remote and select "CatholicTV" to open the app.
  8. Now, you have successfully installed the CatholicTV app on your Roku device and can enjoy its content on your TV.
FireTV

Amazon Fire TV

  1. Turn on your Amazon Fire TV: Ensure your Amazon Fire TV device is powered on and connected to your TV.
  2. Navigate to the Home Screen: Use your Amazon Fire TV remote to navigate to the home screen if you're not already there.
  3. Go to the Appstore: From the home screen, move to the top menu and select "Search" or use the magnifying glass icon. Type 'CatholicTV' using the on-screen keyboard and press enter. Make sure you do not put a space between the words 'Catholic' and 'TV'.
  4. Select the CatholicTV App: When 'CatholicTV' appears in the search results, select it to view the app details. The app will have a white logo on a red background, and the app name will be 'CatholicTV', not 'Catholic TV'.
  5. Download and Install the CatholicTV App: On the app details page, select "Get" to download and install the CatholicTV app on your Amazon Fire TV device. Wait for the installation to complete.
  6. Access the CatholicTV App: Once the installation is finished, you can find the CatholicTV app in the "Your Apps & Channels" section on the home screen. Use your remote to highlight the app and press the select button to open it.
  7. Now, you have successfully installed the CatholicTV app on your Roku device and can enjoy its content on your TV.

  4. Select the CatholicTV App: The 'CatholicTV' app will have a white logo against a red background. When you find the 'CatholicTV' app in the search results, select it to view the app details.
  5. Download and Install the CatholicTV App: On the app details page, there should be an option to download and install the app. Follow the on-screen prompts to download and install the 'CatholicTV' app on your Apple TV device.
  6. Access the CatholicTV App: After the installation is complete, you can find the 'CatholicTV' app on your Apple TV's home screen. Use your remote to highlight the app and press the touch surface (the area inside the glass) to open it.
  7. Now, you have successfully installed the CatholicTV app on your Apple TV device and can enjoy its content on your TV.

  3. Search for 'CatholicTV' App: Use the search function within the Samsung Apps Store. Type 'CatholicTV' using the on-screen keyboard.
  4. Select the CatholicTV App: When you find the 'CatholicTV' app in the search results, select it to view the app details.
  5. Download and Install the CatholicTV App: On the app details page, there should be an option to download and install the app. Click on it and follow any on-screen prompts to confirm the installation. You might need to sign in with your Samsung account if you haven't already.
  6. Access the CatholicTV App: After the installation is complete, you can find the 'CatholicTV' app in your list of installed apps or on the Smart Hub main screen. Use your remote to highlight the app and press the "Enter" or "Select" button to open it.
