CatholicTV Covers Easter Triduum Services

WATERTOWN, MASS. (March 22, 2017) – The Catholic Church begins the Easter Triduum on the evening of Holy Thursday, March 29. In observance of these holy days, the CatholicTV Network will broadcast special Masses and services from across the United States and from the Vatican. CatholicTV to Air Christmas Masses from the U.S. and the Vatican

WATERTOWN, MASS. (December 19, 2017) – On Sunday, December 24 and Monday, December 25, the CatholicTV Network will broadcast Christmas Masses from around the United States and the Vatican.

Christmas Masses will air beginning on Sunday, December 24 with Mass from the Vatican presided over by Pope Francis at 8pm ET. The Mass with Pope Francis will rebroadcast on Christmas Day at 7am ET. Pope Francis’ annual Christmas message, “Urbi et Orbi,” will air on Christmas Day at 6am ET and 11pm ET.

CatholicTV to Broadcast Fr. Solanus Casey Beatification Mass

WATERTOWN, MASS. (November 7, 2017) – On Saturday, November 18 at 4pm ET, the CatholicTV Network will air the beatification Mass for Father Solanus Casey from Ford Field in Detroit.

Father Solanus Casey, a Capuchin Friar, co-founded the Capuchin Soup Kitchen in Detroit. He was known for his gift of counsel and the humble life of service he led until his death in 1957. He will be the second American-born male to be beatified, following the approval of a miraculous healing attributed to his intercession.
